Returns

Goods may be returned in an unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. Please note that the delivery charge will NOT be refunded unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised. Please contact our Customer Services team on 01228 534131 or by emailing: sales@johnstonbulman.co.uk to advise of your intention to return an item. The customer will be expected to obtain proof of the return postage and cover the cost of the return, unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised.

In the case the items are supplied incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised we will provide you either with a prepaid postage label or we will credit you’re the postage value upon return.

Please ensure that all goods that are returned to us are sent back with a proof of purchase, this helps us to locate your order and issue your refund as quickly as possible.

We reserve our legal right to deduct a reasonable percentage from the refund if the goods have been handled excessively and cannot be resold as in perfect condition.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Johnston & Bulman Ltd offer fast & easy warranty returns.  If we deem your claim appropriate then we will ask you to arrange to send the item to us (or the relevant manufacturer or manufacturer’s repair agent).

We recommend that you arrange appropriate insurance and proof of postage. Please note that you have title of the item and a duty of care of the item during this time.

Upon inspection if we deem the item faulty then you will be offered a replacement item at no cost to yourself. If we deem the item not faulty or faulty through neglect or misuse then no replacement will be due. We will inform you in writing by email.

We may offer to re-deliver the item back to you or you may make your own arrangements for your own courier to collect the item within 21 days. Please note we cannot hold your item for more than 21 days. Items not re-delivered or collected within this 21 day period may be disposed of at extra cost to you.

Please note that warranties vary from manufacturers and products. Please contact us at sales@johnstonbulman.co.uk and we will advise the manufacturer’s warranty for the product in question.
